The water was clean, at least. But after paying 2000 dinars for access to the private beach, we were greeted rudely by the person responsible for the hammocks. He barely tried to set up two hammocks and a table. We asked him to secure the umbrellas so they wouldn't blow away and hurt anyone, but he didn't. One flew into my wife's face, and when she complained, he treated us even worse. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, and ours had a balcony with a sea view. We also enjoyed breakfast outside when the weather was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Mr. Houari, the Front Desk Manager, for his kindness and hard work. He was very helpful and made our stay much better.

The food was the one part I wasn't very happy with, though I'm sure they can do better. Otherwise, I had a comfortable and very good eight-night stay. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, including Houari at reception, Nour and Siham at the spa, Sofiane in housekeeping, and the rest of the crew. I'd definitely come back.

The receptionists were especially helpful, and I'd recommend them 10/10. The spa ladies were kind and ready to help too. Such a lovely atmosphere and an amazing place!
