I was only there briefly to visit someone I know, thank goodness, and I didn't stay at the hotel. What I saw in the kitchen was awful. A chef in his coat screamed at a teenager with speech difficulties in front of customers, then humiliated and fired him on the spot. The boy stayed calm and respectful, showing more maturity than the grown man yelling at him. I nearly cried. No one deserves to be treated cruelly over something they can't control. If the chef can't handle a teenager struggling with dyslexia, maybe he needs therapy more than seasoning. A chef should lead a kitchen, not turn it into a low-budget reality show about anger issues and a burnt ego. Food fills stomachs, but kindness is what brings customers in. Judging by that behavior, this place is starving.

We had to change rooms three times: the first bathroom flooded, and the AC in the second room didn't work. Breakfast was the only decent part. One front desk agent brought us an intoxicated burger, so be careful with the food. They also charged me four times even though I paid once. They said they'd return the money when I spoke to them, but I still haven't received it and am stuck dealing with this. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Stay away.

10/10
The rooms were neat, clean, and quite spacious, with a splendid design and neutral colors I loved. The staff were professional, helpful, kind, and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, though I wished there were more savory choices since most options were sweet. I visited recently and had a really great experience. I'd highly recommend it!

The hotel is well connected to Algiers airport, major city locations, and the tourist center. Taxis can be arranged on demand with support for getting around. Inside, the rooms were clean, well designed, and well equipped, and room service responded quickly. I also liked the safety, hygiene, service, and range of food, including multicuisine options, famous dishes, and fresh fruit at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great facilities and interior overall, with plenty of breakfast choices.

They need to offer online payment as soon as possible. I had to wait hours to check in while I waited for cash to arrive.
