Best Night Hotel

The hotel made a neat first impression, with clean rooms and fresh bed linen. Staff were attentive and polite, and the service was generally very good. A few issues stood out (I’m attaching photos). There’s mold on the shower ceiling, the ventilation doesn’t work, and the light by the mirror won’t turn on. The bathroom mirror was dirty, and the room kettle was chipped, so it’d be good to have clean, intact items. The TV switches on by itself when you enter the room, which isn’t pleasant if you prefer quiet. There was also dirty laundry left on the stairs between floors, which really takes away from the overall look of the hotel. I hope management will take care of these smaller problems. The hotel has a lot of potential.

I’m grateful they let my family check in early. Their shuttle is a dirty four-seat minivan, though, and it was fully booked, so we ended up taking a taxi.

While I was at the airport, I called them and they sent a ride for us. They welcomed us so warmly, including our baby 👶. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I recommend this place 👌

I booked the night before my flight. The shuttle was great: the driver was very kind, helped with my luggage and got me safely to the hotel. At reception, the gentlemen were super friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. Since I arrived late and the restaurants were closed, they kindly suggested a few places still delivering food. I had a peaceful night. The room was about 7/10, and cleanliness was acceptable. I booked the airport shuttle for 1 pm the next day. Breakfast was great. I went back to my room afterward to get ready and pack. At 1:00, as I was taking my luggage out, a woman called. I told her I was coming down and that I was by the elevator, meaning my room was next to it. She rudely replied, “NO YOU’RE NOT, you are in the room,” and said the driver would leave if I didn’t come down within two minutes. I understand that being on time matters, but a three-minute delay could have been handled more professionally and kindly. That woman ruined my whole experience at an otherwise nice hotel. I don’t think I’ll book again on my next transit. I hope this feedback helps improve the service.
