The access road is constantly blocked, so the Ben Aknoun location isn't convenient. Housekeeping was badly managed too. Some days they arrived as late as 3 p.m., leaving us to either vacate the room at an awkward time or skip cleaning. During my three days there, the toilets and showers were in poor condition. I reported the problems several times, but they weren't properly fixed. The food was poor, with little variety; sometimes dinner was the same dish as before, just presented differently. It tasted bad, came in tiny portions, and I had to keep asking for more. There were only two or three drink choices for the whole stay. The elevator was out most of the time, and on several occasions we waited over 20 minutes. Every day brought a new issue. I really don't understand the 4-star rating. The service, food, facilities, and organization were far below what I'd expect from a four-star hotel.

The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, the rooms were dirty, and hygiene was nowhere to be found. Breakfast was wildly overpriced. We were charged 9600 DZD for just TWO chicken legs, not even two whole chickens. That's robbery, not hospitality. This place is a disaster and deserves 0.5 stars at best. I strongly warn people to avoid it at all costs. 👎❌🚀💸

The food at Ferdy Lily Hotel was delicious and well prepared, and the warm atmosphere added to our conference. The spaces were well organized and had all the equipment we needed. Staff were professional, responsive, and kept everything running smoothly. It made for a memorable event, and I'd highly recommend the hotel for professional gatherings.

The location is excellent, and the staff are kind and ready to help with anything. The service is good. Rooms are clean, though some corners and the carpet could use a bit more attention. They have a smoking area, but don't serve alcohol. I'd recommend it to anyone.
