M Suite Hotel

The hotel was calm and clean, and all the staff were respectful. The receptionist paid close attention and communicated excellently in both English and French. I did wish there were another quiet spot for work or a small informal meeting, since the reception area was the only option.

This was my second time here, and it's a very good hotel. The reception team were professional and polite, including ikram, and Marwan in the restaurant and Eman were great too. Thanks a lot to everyone.

I followed the hotel’s instructions and called the day before arriving, but the phone quote still wasn’t honored at check-in. They blamed a mix-up between the morning and evening shifts, which shouldn’t be the guest’s problem. I’d even asked ahead for an email confirming the price and number of guests, but was told that wasn’t needed. A four-star hotel should be able to confirm those basics in writing. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Marouane looked after us so warmly in the breakfast room, with a professional touch and a great smile. The rooftop restaurant was very good too. We stayed for two nights before flying to Djanet, and the hotel was high quality.
