The carpet in my room smelled strongly and unpleasantly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service was even more disappointing. It was the worst I've experienced at any hotel I've stayed in around the world. The staff weren't helpful, and I saw very little professionalism or care for guests. Based on my stay, I'd strongly advise people to avoid this hotel until it makes serious improvements to cleanliness and service.

We had a city view from our clean room, and all the staff were really nice. We're very happy with our stay. The hot water pressure was a little low, but otherwise I have no complaints.

I felt sick during the night and urgently needed water, but there wasn't any in the room. Around 1 a.m. I went to reception and was told the whole hotel had run out, and no staff member could help. I had to go out and buy water at 2 a.m. The receptionist was unprofessional.

The location was good, and there was entertainment every day. We really enjoyed our stay, and the service was friendly.

The view is breathtaking, but the hotel itself is average and its amenities are managed terribly. The gym and pool are hardly ever open, and guests aren't told when they're unavailable at the time of booking. The staff aren't trained at all. It's a shame, because the hotel has a lot of potential and poor management is wasting it.
