Hotel Le Pacha

The rooms were clean and nice, the receptionist was very nice, and the housekeeping team was helpful. Breakfast was another story: the scrambled eggs were badly overcooked and scraped out of the pan with burnt bits. The friend wasn't any better, and the juices tasted a little strange. The breakfast staff could do better at greeting guests and wishing them a good day. The front desk team seemed confused about everything, even how to make a reservation, and didn't know the room setups. Is this really a 4 star hotel? Definitely not. I stayed here four years ago, and it was much better then.

The staff were really friendly and the hospitality was good. But the pool water didn't seem hygienic and needs more frequent cleaning. The coffee machine needs cleaning too. The coffee literally made us feel intoxicated.

A beautiful, clean, classy place, and the price is better.

Tea and water were provided in the room, but there was no instant coffee. The sheets and towels were white, and the towels had the hotel's name and logo embroidered on them. They were clean, but marked with stubborn old reddish stains. They said they were planning an extension, but for now there's no SPA. The room itself was nice, comfortable, and photogenic. Staff were friendly and professional, handling the schedules and shared space smoothly between sports teams, professional seminars, and families. They felt relaxed and efficient, like a family business. The location is great, on Oran's 3rd ring road, with buses and taxis available.
