Sofi Hotel Oran

It was a bad stay. We found cockroaches, the neighborhood was awful, and the mini fridge didn’t work. They never fixed it. Breakfast also wasn’t satisfying for the room price.

Really good value for the price. The room was clean and had the necessary complimentary items, and the fridge was a decent size, which came in handy during the visit. The staff were lovely. The femme du menage were especially helpful and nice, and Siham at the restaurant went out of her way to serve me. Reception was helpful too. I hope they add a paid late checkout option for a few extra hours.

I’m surprised, this hotel is supposed to have only 3 stars, but it’s really good. The rooms are very clean and look great, and the quiet neighborhood felt relaxing. The staff were lovely, professional, and focused on clients. Parking is a downside since the lot is small, but they have a valet, so you don’t need to worry about parking.

Dinner was amazing, and breakfast had plenty to suit different tastes. We stayed three nights and were happy with the hotel: the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean throughout, and our room had everything we needed and lots of space. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the room. We’d definitely stay again.
