Doriane Beach Club & Aquapark

I went down for breakfast at 10:32, while the food was still laid out and people were seated, but they refused to serve me because breakfast had closed at 10:30. They spoke to me in the worst tone imaginable. The staff were rude and unprofessional, the portions were laughably small, and the food was disgusting. I felt like I was in prison instead of somewhere I'd paid good money to stay. I regret every cent spent here. Save your money and your dignity.

The water games don't open until after 12 in the afternoon, so you have to pay for another day to get in. I couldn't swim in the sea between the mountains because of chemicals thrown there by factories. The rooms were a disaster and the food was catastrophic. I felt no fun, just fear that a wolf might come down from the mountain, and like I was in a prison rather than a resort. A disappointing experience.

I had a pleasant stay overall, but after getting home I realized I'd left my mobile phone in the room. I contacted customer service several times and got inadequate responses, repeated requests to wait, and a few calls were abruptly disconnected. I even had to change my phone number to get a response. They eventually told me they couldn't find it, so I returned to the resort that same day and found the phone myself within minutes of searching the room. When I complained about the lack of effort and courteous communication, the reply was dismissive and unprofessional. That service issue took away from an otherwise satisfactory experience.

They took my money, then told me I had no room reserved when I arrived and kicked me out. Really bad experience. I don't recommend this nasty place to anyone. Big liars, I got nothing in exchange for my money.
