In my experience, this so-called hotel was really bad and didn’t deserve even one star. The prices were extremely high for such poor service, and the staff seemed incompetent. I arrived with my young family, was treated very rudely by the receptionist, and left just 15 minutes after getting there.

The service was very poor, so I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Google lists it as 3 star, but I wouldn’t give it even one star.

The prices seem fair, and the people were polite and friendly. It’s a nice, clean place with good service.

The breakfast buffet is lovely, and the hotel is right at the entrance to Tizi Ouzou.
