Right on the beach, at the far northern end of atacames. The restaurant and pool were decent, and there were nice hammocks, guards and helpers around, plus things seemed well organized. The pool stays open late. My apartment had no air conditioning, though, and the pool isn’t heated, even if the sun eventually warms the water. Beach umbrellas with two seats cost around $7 to rent.
