Saulo was a pleasure to deal with and gave us lots of helpful information about things to do in Baños. We had a lovely three nights here. The hostel is great value, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This is a quiet, clean, safe place in a central spot, just what you need if you’re looking for somewhere private and unfussy. The family owns it and lives on site. Saulo was incredibly helpful at check-in and with recommendations, and gave us a really useful rundown when we arrived. It’s easy to walk around town from here.

Felt safe and comfortable here, and the staff were amazing. The hostel was super clean and had a great vibe. I’d definitely stay again 🫶

The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean, and we appreciated how quiet it was. We stayed five nights, and the owner and family made us feel very welcome while explaining the city. They helped arrange tours and our onward travel plans, and even got our laundry done in just a few hours.

Don Victor, the owner, was so kind and caring. He sorted everything out for me and made sure I had a great time in baños. An amazing experience.
