A sweet, welcoming little place right in central Baños, Ecuador. The rooms were simple and clean, and the outside and breakfast room had nice decorations. Breakfast was really fresh, especially the fruit drinks and croissants. The staff were helpful with tips about tours and buses, and things to do around town.

The manager speaks English and was a big help arranging tours and sharing useful information about town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is ideal. Ask for a city-view room to make your time in Baños even better. Staying here made it easy to enjoy the town.

The balcony views are great, and the location is excellent, with very friendly staff. But the room had no clothes hangers or bathroom mirror, and the sink water was cold. Even shaving would be a challenge. Doors and windows banged around noisily, and the downtown neighborhood was loud. Keeping the windows shut trapped humidity, leading to condensation on the bathroom walls and water all over the floor, so leaving them open wasn't an easy fix either. See the attached pictures.

Great location, but it was horrible to stay here. The noise meant no sleep, so I decided to leave at 7 a.m. The shower had no pressure and only lukewarm water. I cancelled the payment because I wasn't paying for a night that bad. They should have paid me, and I would have given the money back. Less than one star. F------ horrible!

The hotel itself isn't too bad, but being right in the middle of the city means traffic noise and smells from passing cars. Breakfast was good, though the coffee was just instant.
