Great location and the hot water was reliable, but the AC didn't work. There are so many mosquitoes that leaving the doors open wasn't really an option. Town gets noisy late on weekends, and we also had party people right next door. We and other guests complained, and the night manager tried to deal with it, but the rude guests kept going until 1 am. The owners seem to have let the place get a bit run down since Covid, and the staff seem overworked. Fixing what's already there, or adding mosquito nets and ceiling fans, would make a huge difference. Thinking about the guests they want in the long run instead of short-term gains would pay off. I'd say 2.5 stars.

We had a great stay with the family. It's a safe hotel with a pool and parking, and delicious food just a few steps from the beach. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff were very attentive, especially Mrs. Viviana Mejía, who treated us so well. Excellent hotel in the heart of Canoa's, 100% recommended.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool was great. The restaurant staff could use more training, both with cooking and customer service.
