The woman who helped us was very friendly and attentive, but the cleaning in the room was awful. I was wearing black tights and found them incredibly dirty after walking from the bed to the bathroom, as if the floor hadn't been swept. There was hair on the bathroom floor too, and the duvet was dirty. Breakfast was acceptable, though the same items were served each day.

It was impossible to rest because of all the noise from outside the hotel. The cleanliness was terrible too. Sweeping with a broom once in a while clearly isn't enough. We asked for a refund, but since we'd booked through an online app, they wouldn't give one. Service was just average. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is close to the center, and the price is affordable. The place felt safe, and the workers stayed attentive, even waiting for us to arrive in the early morning. They were especially thoughtful since we weren't from Guayaquil. When we arrived, they greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable. Our room was ready and clean, the bed had a good quality mattress, and the bathroom was very clean too. Overall, it was a comfortable place.

The price was great, and the location worked well for getting to the airport, bus terminal, and mall. A very nice place.
