The rooms and main dining area were adequate, though the property looks worn and could use maintenance and updating. At check-in, I was required to pay the full amount right away. It might be their usual policy, but it made the place feel more transactional than welcoming.

Being connected to Mall del Sol and right beside it is a real convenience. The rooms are clean and spacious, the WiFi is excellent, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a good buffet, included with some room rates. They also offer airport shuttles if you arrange one in advance.

I keep enjoying stays at Wyndham hotels, from Canada, Singapore, and Australia to this one in Guayaquil, Ecuador. They're convenient, and this airport hotel was another good one that I'd book again. It's a decent four-star place and good value, with friendly staff, great service, and clean, comfortable, spacious facilities. The minibar was good too, with reasonably priced soft drinks, juices, and snacks. Since the hotel connects to the shopping mall, grabbing dinner in the food court is easy when you arrive late. You can also order food from your room because there's a restaurant.
