Hotel La Giralda

We were glad to find this place late on a Friday night when we needed somewhere for just one night. Google Maps led us there. At first we thought the hotel was closed because the restaurant was shut. A woman at the desk heard me speak and ran off, then another woman explained that she didn’t speak English. That was fine, since I speak Spanish. We booked two clean, spacious rooms, one on each floor. We didn’t feel like going out to find food, so we asked the front desk for somewhere nearby. When we mentioned ribs, salad, dessert, and beer, she offered to make the meal there and bring it to our rooms. The rooms had sitting rooms, so we could freshen up and then sit down to eat. The meal was great, and the staff were there for us throughout. The hotel is on a busy street, so traffic might be noisy. It has secure private parking, a gym with plenty of equipment, a tennis court, and a hot tub. Our room also had a TV, hot water, nice towels, shampoo, and soap. Breakfast was typical for the area, with bread, cheese, jam, ham, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, coffee, and juice. We’d happily stay again if we’re back in the area.

The staff were helpful, and our room was nice and spacious. The shower didn’t work very well.

A great place to enjoy with friends or family when you’re visiting as a tourist.

A nice hotel with really good service.
