The location was great, but that was the only good part. Our dorm room had a hole in the roof, and we could hear people through it. It was freezing and really loud. We had no Wi-Fi or electricity on the first night, then no hot water on the second day. One of the room plugs broke our adapter. All the plugs seemed dangerous, and when we tried to work out what to do, the two owners were really rude to us. At checkout we tried to talk through all the problems, but the man just laughed and acted like he didn't understand.

The coffee is fab, and I slept so well here. The service was amazing and the people were wonderful, whether you're staying in a dorm or a private room. I love this place and will definitely come back.

The beds are nice, and breakfast is included and great. The hostel is in the basement of a beautiful hotel, which makes for a strange setup.
