The location made it easy to get to anything we needed on foot, and I’d stay here again if I’m back in Loja. I was working during my time there, so dependable internet mattered a lot. The WiFi was strong and steady in the room, better than what I’ve had at most U.S. chain hotels, and I could work from bed. The staff were kind and helpful, too. When we had an issue with the toilet, they fixed it within minutes. The manager showed us four rooms and let us pick one. Ours was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was nice, with eggs made to order, toast, juice, and coffee. It turned out better than I expected.

The place was very clean and well located, with good prices. Call ahead to reserve before booking.

We stayed just one night. The building was clean, the bed had a nice firmness to it, and the receptionist was pleasant.

I’d give it two stars. The WiFi was poor or didn’t work, and on the second day nobody cleaned the room or even brought toilet paper. My friends stayed at a 3-star place and had a much better experience there.
