I only went to the pool, and it was nice, with a fairly even mid-level depth throughout. The children’s water park had no running water, though at least eight kids were playing on the dry slide 😳. It’s a nice setting, and several families were there just for dinner.

It’s a beautiful place, but the service is unpleasant and there’s a lot to say about the management. They say children under 11 pay half price, but an 11-year-old staying just one day has to pay full price. Once you’re inside, you can’t leave, and the menu is only available until 6 pm even when guests are still staying.

The new facilities are nice, but our hotel lunch was terrible. The pork medallions were stale and tasted rancid, and the rice was cold and not fresh. They should also deal with the flies in the restaurant, even though it’s enclosed. There were some in the room as well.
