Hotel Paradise Beach

The view was the highlight, and service was really quick. A relaxing place for the money.

You’ll be right among tourists and local restaurants here. There’s a pool too, and the beach is just across the street. Just know that reaching the second floor rooms means going up a long staircase.

The hotel is quiet and near the beach, with clean rooms, a pool, and breakfast included. But the staff really need customer service training. Only one of the four people was friendly and attentive around the hotel, from reception to the restaurant. The others wouldn’t even respond to a greeting. The staff and restaurant assistant treated customers terribly, as if we were asking for something free. I was very disappointed with them this time.

The pool bathrooms smell bad, look poorly kept, and have no liquid soap at the sink. The room bathrooms stink too, and the sheets were dirty. The rooms need a thorough cleaning. How is anyone supposed to enjoy tourism like this? Authorities get blamed for not letting people work, but where is their part in this? Hoteliers, your customer service is way behind, then you wonder why tourists don’t come. Think about it.
