Very relaxed stay, with kind staff who were accommodating. They can also hold your bags while you head into the jungle. Great hotel.

We had to pay in cash, but the price was very reasonable and breakfast was very good. The location's handy, right on the main square and just a few minutes from the malecón. It's also great value, with same-day laundry, which is useful after time in the jungle.

For $15, I had a private bathroom and a two-bed room to myself. There's no kitchen on site, and I couldn't get the hot water working, so a hot shower is a gamble. It's a nice, basic hostel right at the edge of the town center, a few blocks from the main port. A good place to regroup, get your gear ready, and head downriver. I'd stay again.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the price was good. The bedrooms were clean, though unfortunately really noisy. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. We stayed just one night, and it was a good stay.
