Gran Hotel Cofanes

It was okay.

We booked for 15 people to celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday, but the meal was late even though we’d ordered ahead so everyone could eat the same amount. Some people were nearly finished before others could start. We ordered sea bass fillet and were served cod instead, and it was incredibly salty. My grandmother has years of kitchen experience, and there was a professional chef in our group, yet they still called it sea bass. The waiter apologized, but we paid and left very disappointed.

The breakfast was both varied and delicious, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The facilities were spotless, and the staff stayed friendly and attentive throughout. It was an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

The whole place feels orderly and welcoming, and you can tell the team pays attention to keeping it that way. From the shared spaces to the little details, everything was impeccable. The staff were kind and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. A hotel with such friendly, excellent service is an easy recommendation.
