A lovely boutique hotel and a great way to begin a trip in Ecuador. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very nice. The Basilica and Historical Centre are within walking distance, so the location is quite good.

Everything else felt top class, and the hotel itself is beautiful with super nice staff. But we slept badly because it was so noisy. Cars and motorcycles sometimes drove up the loud street making a lot of noise, and the thin windows did little to keep it out. For us, sleep was the main thing we needed from a hotel, and it just didn’t work out here.

The neighborhood is a little removed from the tourist areas, but getting around by Uber is easy. The staff are fantastic, and the restaurant is top tier. I’d happily stay here again just for the breakfast.

A beautiful boutique Hotel decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style. The staff are fantastic, it’s centrally located, and the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

We’d definitely return. The food was exceptional at both breakfast and dinner, and the staff kindly arranged an earlier-than-usual breakfast so we could leave on time for our early tours. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel is nicely decorated with indigenous artifacts throughout.
