The staff were very attentive, and the service was 10/10. Excellent place, one of the best I've ever been to.

The atmosphere is lovely, and you feel comfortable here. Our room was cosy and very clean, and the location is excellent. The only downside was that there wasn't a mirror in the bathroom. The two guys and their dog, Blade, were especially helpful with recommendations and directions for places to visit in Quito. We came from Santiago, Chile. If I return to Quito, I'll stay here again. Highly recommended!
