I had a lovely room looking out over Quito, and everything was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It was the same each day, but that didn’t bother me. A great place to stay, and I’d definitely return.

We liked having breakfast with rooftop views and spending evenings on the terrace. The mum and son team were lovely and welcoming. Rooms are very small, but clean, with enough hot water. Parks and a supermarket are nearby, and the historical centre is walkable. Still, the route felt sketchy even during the day.

The rooftop view is stunning. There’s free parking inside the property, and the room was nice, clean, and in a quiet area. Excellent place!

Javier was a fantastic host and was there to help day and night. The view from the top was awesome, whether we were having breakfast or looking at the city lights after dark.

Good value, with clean spaces and strong WiFi. The area is quiet, and it’s easy to get to points of interest. Recommended.
