After eating the breakfast eggs, I spent a day and a half vomiting and sh...ng on the toilet. The shower was cold too. People were so-so friendly and the room was good, but I wish I’d never stayed here. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Comfortable beds, a great breakfast, and close to all the good restaurants in Riobamba. For the price and service, you can’t beat it! Tom Cappaert, Chicago USA

I had a comfortable room for my weekend stay in December last year. The service was good, and they’ll help you find a taxi if you need one. You can book a room with breakfast if you don’t want to go out in the morning. There aren’t many choices, but the options are much like those at other hotels. Scrambled eggs are available for an extra charge. I recommend it.

The service was excellent, though a few details could be better. The towels are faded and worn, and while breakfast is good, it could use a small fruit salad.

Having its own parking lot was handy, and payment by bank transfer or cash is accepted. The staff are friendly, and there’s a restaurant on site. My room was clean and comfortable, a good fit for a short stay. The city center location also made it easy to get around.
