The WiFi was bad and there was no real security. They asked for cash up front, then didn't report the payment through Hotels.com, which I had used to book the room. I wouldn't waste my time booking here unless you want a rundown hotel with staff who seem unconcerned.

Really nice venue.

Aside from a few problems, things were fine. The bed was a little dirty, the walls were old, and the TV was very outdated and didn't work. They didn't have the budget, and the air conditioning barely worked.

You can't get a relaxing night's sleep here. They make noise all night, and the customer service leaves something to be desired. The mattresses have mites and they don't change the sheets. The services are detached. They advertise hot and ambient water, but the heater is useless. Everything is old. If you're hoping for a relaxing family stay, don't visit this hotel. It's the worst hotel I've ever visited.

The power went out for us in the middle of the night, even though the rest of the block still had electricity. Only the hotel was without power. The air conditioners are old and don't keep up.
