The landing carpets were disgusting, and the whole place badly needs renovating. It feels like it may have seen better days. We booked a night away with my best friend, but the facilities advertised weren't available. The owner said the pool was covered, the jacuzzi would need 3 hours to heat up, and we could use a lukewarm sauna. Really disappointing.

It’s nicely decorated and works perfectly for events.

The woman who works there was friendly, but I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s expensive, and the rooms smell damp and dusty. The towels were the only things that seemed clean. The rooms may look tidy, but it’s obvious they haven’t been cleaned properly: there was mud all over the bathroom floor, hair everywhere, and part of the ceiling was coming loose. Unless you’re stuck needing a place for the night with no other option, I’d avoid it. I hope they make improvements.

There was no sign or outside lighting to help me find the place, and it was so dark at 7 pm that I felt scared. I’d arrived, but there was no phone number to call and nobody answered the door at night. The experience was awful, and I left disappointed.

The food was delicious, and the place itself is beautiful, quiet, and cozy. The owner and staff treated us wonderfully.
