For an affordable, pleasant hotel near the airport, this is a good choice. The staff are helpful, and airport transport costs $10, payable in advance. I had an early flight, so they offered to make me a coffee and sandwich to take along before breakfast officially started.

It was lovely waking up somewhere so quiet. They sent a car to collect me at the airport, and it arrived on time. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast, too.

The staff were lovely, and my room was spacious and clean, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. There's nothing within walking distance to do, and the swimming pool is tiny. The food is plain but nice home cooking, served in a dining area more like a hostel than a proper restaurant. It felt like a hostel when a large group of teenagers took over the dining room. The purpose-built block has no sound insulation, so we could hear barking dogs, planes, loud plumbing from neighboring rooms, and inconsiderate residents leaving at 4am.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, though you'll need to speak Spanish. I stayed one night during a Quito layover, and the location close to the airport is ideal for that. The showers can be cold at night, so it's best to use them in the morning. For what it is, it's perfect :)

The pool wasn't working, and the water was dirty, with bugs floating all over it. They gave us just one set of towels for two people, and the overused towels had torn edges. Breakfast was okay, but small and simple. Shops and restaurants are far away. A bad experience, especially for the price. I really can't recommend it.
