There was a big library in the lobby, plus a working LP player and plenty of records to choose from. That old distillery has a special, time-travel kind of atmosphere, and we enjoyed staying there for two nights. The rooms were nicer than expected, if a little worn, with a comfortable bed and good air circulation. The shared bathroom and toilet were clean. The timber sauna was beautifully built and very good. Breakfast was generous, especially the great porridge. We could borrow bikes for free and grill our own food at the splendid outdoor fireplace. The owner was a friendly Finnish man, and the location made a great base for exploring Hiiumaa. We'd recommend it!

The buffet was €12.60 and the best I've ever had. Delicious salmon, potatoes, vegetables, soups, and salads, plus amazing pancakes with ice cream. We came by twice while traveling around Hiiumaa with friends. Great music and atmosphere, too.

At €12.6, the all-you-can-eat buffet was delicious, with two soups, two mains, plenty of sides, and two desserts. Tea and coffee were included as well. The place was very clean, with retro decor, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it, especially if you're really hungry.

It's a former industrial building that's now an inn and restaurant, open only during summer. The modest rooms are clean, and the pub-style restaurant serves tasty home-style food. It's a good base for exploring Hiiumaa, or for simply relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.

Nice place, though it seems aimed at foreign tourists. Prices are at Helsinki levels and almost unaffordable for locals. Still, it was a lifesaver, since there was no other place to sleep anywhere near.
