8/10
The owner did help us get into our room after we called, which was lucky, since the hostel seemed empty and we hadn’t received any check-in details. That whole arrival felt a bit odd; the instructions could have been sent earlier. Inside, the rooms are modern and well kept, and the air conditioning worked well. Our in-room bathroom smelled like garbage the whole time, and the tap water had a strange aftertaste, though the shared bathroom looked great. The building isn’t much to look at from outside, but the inside is surprisingly nice. For a small place like Järvakandi, it’s a good option for a night, with a supermarket nearby.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the surroundings were quiet with shops close by. The room was mostly pleasant, and having air conditioning was a real plus. The toilet and shower area had some problems, but the place still covered the basics.
