The restaurant finally put me off, too. We had meat that tasted like canteen food, with no wow factor, and the portions have shrunk while prices went up. At reception, they still ask if it's my first visit, even though I've been coming for 20 years. I don't feel loyal customers are appreciated. The rooms are worn, the walls feel paper thin, and all the noise makes it hard to relax. This place has declined so much that it no longer offers the value it once did. I wanted to love it, but now I don't even like it. After years of disappointing stays, I've stopped visiting. Other spas offer a much better experience. I think service overall has gone downhill since the place was sold.

There's free parking, and plenty of restaurants nearby, with a store across the road. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town part of Kuressaare. The superior room had a wide bed, good wifi, a smart TV, bathrobes, and a minibar. The saunas were relaxing, the outdoor pool was awesome, and the spa treatments are well worth it. In low season there's availability every day, so you don't need to book ahead. Breakfast was good, and there were very nice dinner options. You can buy slippers there or bring your own.

We had a lot of fun in the big, amazing spa area, and I was blown away by the chef's plates and the breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and super well located. Probably the best place to book in the area if you want a sea view. A walk along the seaside in front of the hotel is a must!

We had a sea view and balcony, and the room was clean with great facilities. The location was convenient. The spa was ordinary, with not much variety, and breakfast had a limited selection.

The balcony had a beautiful view, and the room was cozy and clean. The hotel itself is large and spacious. Breakfast selection was normal, and the spa has pools, saunas, and a jacuzzi. It's about an 18 minute walk to the city center.
