Such an amazing place!

The sea view was lovely and the sauna was really nice, but we weren't happy with much else. We stayed two nights, and both families got no sleep the first night because the beds creaked so badly. Rain came through the roof, and I stepped into a puddle when I got out of bed. For the second night we took the mattresses off and leaned the bed frame against the wall so we could sleep. When we moved it, the legs fell off, so it hardly seemed like a frame at all. The owner should also mention that sauna heat goes straight into one of the upstairs bedrooms. Our three-year-old was asleep there, and when we finished in the sauna we were surprised by how hot the room had become. The beach is black and covered in ants 😊 It was interesting to watch them working, but I would've preferred for the child to play in sand and maybe dip a toe in the water. These details should be included in the booking information.
There's plenty of room in this holiday home, and the location is fantastic. The sauna is great, and you can go straight from it into the sea. Evenings are especially nice around the barbecue area.
The best thing here is the gazebo view over the bay, especially at sunrise and sunset. But swimming isn't easy, with so much seaweed and shallow water. We just waded in wearing rubber slippers. The barbecue setup is decent, with firewood and coals, and there's a fireplace and sauna inside. Be careful lighting the fire, though, because smoke comes through gaps in the chimney on the second floor. The place feels like a basic 1980s Soviet-era dacha, with a plywood ceiling and linoleum floor, little comfort, and owner photos that don't match how simple it really is. The kitchenware wasn't enough for five people, the knives were rough and there was no sharpener. There's no TV, the lighting is dim, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower has no foot mat and the curtain was dirty. Windows have no screens, and there were lots of flies, ants, and ticks in the forest. Cleaning was poor too, with dead bugs on the windowsills and dust in the corners. It's a nice spot to relax, but the price is too high.
The surroundings are naturally beautiful, but inside the house everything is old and needs renovation. It's a dacha, after all. Smoke from the stove or fireplace stinks up the upstairs rooms so badly it's impossible to sleep, and I worried about carbon monoxide poisoning. I'd give the house a B-.
