Olga at reception was so warm and helpful, and gave us useful tips about the area. The woman looking after breakfast was just as kind, and the breakfast setup felt cozy. We arrived in Narva without anywhere to stay and found this hotel late in the day. The rooms were large and clean, and the whole stay felt like being at home. One of the nicest hotel stays I’ve had in Estonia. I’d happily come back. Thank you!

That meal was awful: 9 euros got me a piece of fish about the size of my thumb and a vegetable no bigger than a baby tomato. The service was a nightmare too, and the waiter was unbelievably stupid. This was the worst place in Narva, maybe in Estonia. You’d be better off getting a kebab or shawarma for half the price. Nightmare is the only word for it.

I only ate breakfast at the restaurant, and that part was nice. The hotel itself didn't match the description, though. The room felt damp, and the hallways had a strange old smell. The shower was broken, even though it still worked well enough.

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10. The service was poor: there was only one room key even though we were two people, and the reception desk was empty at night with no answer to the phone despite being listed as 24-hour. There was no air conditioning, sometimes no soap or hot water, and the TV didn't work.

The restaurant on the third floor has an interesting view and seems like a good spot for parties. The town centre location is handy too, with the beach, shops, market, restaurants, cafes, bus stop, post office, pharmacy, and city government all within 300 metres.
