The reception lady was very kind, and we had no trouble with sound insulation. The rooms and breakfast were excellent. This little boutique hotel feels fresh, with a thoughtfully designed interior, and is a stylish, comfortable place to stay. I'd recommend it for a short ski break in southern Estonia.

We slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the room was quiet. The family-run boutique hotel has been recently renovated, with AC and Netflix in the room. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices and good coffee, and the service was superb. There's a self-service wine fridge in the lobby and free parking.

The rooms are nice, even if you end up in one that hasn't been renovated yet. The location is great, with a shop nearby, and the staff were quick and very kind. They sorted out our AC in 20 minutes. A couple of things to keep in mind: room doors shut pretty hard, so inconsiderate neighbors could wake you at night. Parking can also get quite full during big events.

6/10
The sound insulation was very poor. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient, but staff could be friendlier and greet guests when passing, especially in the morning.

The rooms on the first floor are nice, and breakfast was really good.
