I went on a group trip and we got such a warm welcome. The manager was helpful and took great care of us, and the experience was really nice. A few rooms share baths and toilets, but that arrangement worked well.

Ventilation was really poor, even in the shower, and the breakfast was really bad. No porridge, salad, or oil. The service staff were doing their best, but disorganized management let everything down :D
