The room looked stunning, and the amenities were beautiful. There’s plenty to do, from the outdoor bath, sauna, river activities and grilling to volleyball, hiking routes and disc golf. A grocery shop is about 1km away, the beach about 2km, and central Pärnu about 5km.

The newly renovated rooms were good, but the older ones were dirty. We nearly went elsewhere when they couldn’t find our booking, though the admin that day was nice and we did get our rooms. The next day, a different admin was very rude and unprofessional, which unfortunately spoiled the impression.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the location was nice. But there wasn’t much extra effort for visitors. We misunderstood the room and bed arrangements and ended up without the room we’d booked. The bathroom was very small and smelly, and the bed sheets had holes. A few small improvements could make a difference.

The scenery and service were lovely, with the Centre right beside river Reiu. There are lots of fish, and you can fish, hike, or run on the trail next to the centre, or just take in the view. We stayed in the main building, which felt as if it had been burning some time ago, and it got extra hot during the hot summer. Others in our group were in the side building, where there was no bathroom. If you can, try to get a room with a private bathroom. The place was OK otherwise.

Right by a picturesque river bank near Via Baltica road, this is good budget accommodation with clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was very simple and basic, but we had a pleasant family stay.
