The host came into the apartment with their own key without warning, which felt like a serious invasion of our privacy. They also packed up my friend’s things without asking. We’d had a few guests over, but no party, and we treated the place respectfully. We were told to leave even though we hadn’t knowingly broken any rules. The host was rude and unprofessional, and the way the situation was handled felt unfair and upsetting. It left us feeling unwelcome and unsafe. I hope Airbnb takes this seriously, because hosts shouldn’t behave this way.

The people running the place were nice, and I’d recommend it. We had a fresh, clean room with air conditioning, a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a heated floor. Breakfast was simple but did the job.

The place was peaceful, with no noise, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. It also had air conditioning, which was a welcome escape from the heat on a hot day. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the location was good. We received service in Finnish. Bring coins if you want to use the coffee machine.
