The host was polite and friendly, and since we were four adults he let us choose a room based on availability. Our room was huge and the place was very decent. The only thing to pick on was that the showers were shared with the top floor, so a small queue started to form.

Everything felt worn and old when I got to the room. The landlord seemed to expect guests to be under the influence, spoke no English, and knew only a little Russian. Opening the bathroom window let out a strong mold smell that wouldn't go away, and there were old blankets and mattresses thrown about. The terrace was rotten too, with decayed grills and furniture, and dishes from previous tenants were left all around. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at that price.

The floors make the place noisy, and the ventilation is poor.

We ended up choosing the unit by the pier after the host split one apartment, which had three rooms, into three separate units, including a family room. There was plenty of room for four of us, plus a sauna, a separate room with a jacuzzi, and its own toilet. We could park in a separate courtyard right beside the outdoor terrace. It could use a bit of updating, but it’s a really cool place. I’d suggest calling the owner directly instead of using booking and similar sites.
