The park and marina are right next door, and the city center is still walkable from here. I stopped during a Baltic road trip and found the place really comfortable. The owner was warm and kind, and made me feel very welcome and well looked after. It was the kind of hotel that made me want to return to the city just to stay there again.

The hostess was kind and polite, which I appreciated. But the thin walls meant every step and conversation from the noisy upstairs neighbors carried through. You also share a bathroom and can hear every little sound. Before booking, think about whether that setup and noise will work for you, or whether paying a bit more for comfort would be better.

A quiet, clean little hostel, cozy and equipped with all the facilities. There are two secure parking spaces right out front.

2/10
Good location and cheap, but the Wi-Fi is painfully slow and barely reaches. The owner hardly speaks, and payment is cash only.
