Villa Eeden

I’m angry about the lies. I stayed five nights, and the room never got cleaned. On the third day I had to borrow a vacuum and clean it myself, then beg for towels. The woman apologized and said the cleaner was Ukrainian and didn’t understand their language. They promised to clean on the fourth day, but the bathroom was forgotten. I complained to booking com, who said Villa Eden denied it and that I was therefore a liar. I contacted the hotel too. They denied the problem, said the room was cleaned every day, called me a liar, and advised me to stay in a five-star hotel. I’m not angry at the cleaner or that I had to clean up myself. It’s the lies that upset me. If Villa Eden replies to this with more lies, I’ll resubmit a review and attach their message via booking. I’m going to contact the tourist board in pärnu about this disgusting behaviour. Maybe one night would be okay, but five nights was a mistake.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast tasted good with enough to eat. There was no air conditioning, so the room felt like a sauna. I’d still come again 👍

The corridor doors slammed shut, and the wardrobe doors wouldn’t slide. The toilet bowl was right up against the wall.

A peaceful, pleasant spot.
