The spa was a real bright spot: very clean, recently renovated, with nice saunas, and it was empty when we visited. Breakfast was okay; I couldn't eat anything there, which is my own issue and not something I expect everyone to cater for, but my partner had no complaints. The room was a very different experience. We stayed for one night in the middle of winter, and it was probably around 16°C-17°C inside. The bathroom was even colder than the bedroom, so sitting on the toilet for a while felt freezing. There were only about 10 minutes of warm water, not enough to warm up or let two people shower that night. The blankets weren't warm either, just a thick sheet and a duvet cover that obviously doesn't get washed after every guest. I asked reception for extra blankets or anything to warm the room, but they wouldn't help. They said they had no extra blankets, so it wasn't their problem or responsibility and there was nothing they could do. There was also a strange smell in the corridor.

Breakfast was pretty decent, and the woman working in the breakfast room was really nice. The staff in general were helpful, though the hotel itself felt a little dated. I was a bit disappointed that the spa only opens on weekends. Would come back.

Right in the centre of Rakvere, it's a comfortable, cozy place, though a little worn around the edges. The simple food was tasty, and it's a good spot if all you need is somewhere to rest and recharge.

The receptionist quickly sorted out a darker room for me, no questions asked, which was great service. My first room was right by the very bright „Hotel“-sign, and the curtains couldn't block it out.

The room was decent, but the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on next door. Breakfast was great, and the small spa was cozy, with two hot tubes and three sauna.
