The place was on the top floor, and it was REALLY worn and dirty, with a terrible smell. While we were talking with our children in the evening, a neighbor began pounding on the wall. Later, as we tried to sleep, mice or rats started scurrying around. I was awake the whole night. I really can't recommend this apartment.

The owner was attentive and speaks Russian well, and there was a parking spot in the yard. It’s also convenient if you’re bringing a dog: dogs are allowed in the room, with a local area to walk them and a park close by. It’s quiet and has what you need for a comfortable stay. I came away with a very positive impression and would recommend it.

Go elsewhere. For 10% more, you can get a fresher place.

They left us out on the street in the middle of the night, even though we’d agreed they would let us in.

The building looks pretty shabby from outside, but inside it’s very cozy.
