For what it cost, I was disappointed. The rooms look completely different from the ad photos, everything feels old and hasn't been updated, and several rooms share one toilet and bathroom.

The location is the one real plus, with parking nearby. Inside, the rooms and facilities feel dated, almost like a Soviet sanatorium. The beds aren't comfortable, and the rooms get very hot. There's no AC, so opening the windows helps a little, but then you're dealing with loads of mosquitoes while trying to sleep. Breakfast is extremely basic, with very salty eggs and bacon. I'd go into town for decent coffee and breakfast. Finding a power socket in the room can be a challenge, and the shower drain has issues too. The tennis courts are poorly managed as an extra service: online booking only works if you have an Estonian bank account, and you can't book onsite on Sundays.

We got in late, but the staff were still warm and friendly. You can buy soft drinks and alcohol at reception. The room was clean and roomy, though a little dated, and I loved the heated bathroom floor since cold hotel floors always make me chilly. The balcony had a lovely lake view, with a table and two chairs, nice for a drink. There are several massages and other treatments available, and the breakfast room also looks out over the lake. The bathroom tiles could use a deeper clean, and the breakfast table had no labels, so it was hard to tell what I could eat.
