Modern day thieves! I got in touch with the hotel weeks before my booking, but they wouldn’t change the dates or refund me. They took my money and gave me nothing in return.

The massages are great, and the staff are really helpful. It’s a cosy little spa with proper outdoor saunas. Kids aren’t allowed in the spa after 20:00, so adults can have some quiet time in the pools and saunas.

We had a really fantastic stay. The rooms and other facilities were very good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. We were touring the Baltics in an old car and stayed at the hotel for a day. While there, some mysterious guest gave us car parts for our car. Such an unbelievable, generous gesture. Thanks a lot, mr. Wolfie :)

I walked from the hotel into the city, which took about 30 minutes, though buses from Võru run every hour. The spa isn’t huge, but it has what you need: several saunas and pools, plus a place to lie down and take in the outstanding view from the window. My room was tidy, spacious, and cosy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was homey and delicious. It was my first visit, and I’ll definitely return. Seems super convenient for families with children.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and I had a really relaxing facial that left my skin feeling amazing. We also enjoyed the restaurant’s yummy food and delicious drinks, and breakfast was great, especially compared with an average hotel breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and I’d highly recommend it.
