Hilton Pyramids Golf

The suite was so comfortable that I slept really well, and the view was excellent. Ms. Aya Shabaan from room service was especially helpful and professional, as was Mr. Hussain El Arabi, the room service supervisor. The staff make a big difference to a comfortable, enjoyable stay, and this hotel's team did a great job.

The newer wing, #243, was great, with a pyramid view when the air was clear. Our room in the older wing, #220, wasn't satisfactory, so pay attention to the room assignment. The restaurant and sports bar were very good, and the service was attentive. Abdullah Hasham was outstanding! The hotel is far from the city center but somewhat near the pyramids, and it has a nice golf course if you're interested. Very good value for the price, though the stay wasn't outstanding overall.

The breakfast team, led by Mr. Moheb and Mr. Ahmed Sayed, with Pursor Ms. Rahma, Ms. Hager, and the rest of the crew, made breakfast feel like an orchestra working together. The setting, aromas, fresh ingredients, variety, and taste had my guests delighted. Their polite, soft-spoken service and willingness to handle requests really raised the bar. Ms. Salma and the reservations team were great too, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. I booked two rooms for four nights, and the whole experience was memorable. Five stars. I’ll tell everyone to stay at the Hilton and try that delicious breakfast. Standing ovation for the team, and thanks for all the hard work.

The mornings at the restaurant in Hilton Pyramids Golf, Cairo were memorable, thanks to the attentive, welcoming staff and great food. Hager Salem, Ahmed Ali, Ahmed Saied, Walied, Abdallah, Abdall Rahman, Amz, Kenzey, and Islam were all professional and kind throughout our visit. We had a wonderful dining experience and highly recommend it for the food and service.
