The hotel is close to everything, especially Egypt mall. The room was big and good, and the people were friendly and supportive.

The rooms are below average, and the staff were rude across the hotel and didn't respect guests. They didn't honor special requests, and there was no parking. The owners of the Swiss Inn Hotel Chain should consider replacing the entire staff. Reservation employees need training in manners and respect. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 0/10.

The people who work here and serve guests are wonderful and good. Keep up the good work, and thanks.
