Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort Cairo

The food and drinks were good quality and reasonably priced, and breakfast had a very good buffet. The pool was nice, though we were turned away when we tried to swim at 5 pm because it closes then, after opening at 10 am. Those hours don't work well for most people. We came as part of a larger tour and got a good welcome. The location is good, close to the pyramids, and the nearby road wasn't too noisy. Our room was comfortable, but the air conditioning didn't seem to have any temperature variation. The door handle came off in our hands, and nobody fixed it after we reported it. We asked for a quiet room but were put at the end of a corridor where we could hear an outside party well into the night.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms, food, and staff were all excellent, and the staff enjoyed our attempts to speak Egyptian. Thanks to Omnia at reception for helping me.

The gardens around the hotel are lush and green, and breakfast had a great range of choices for different tastes. I had a wonderful stay. My room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the friendly staff were always ready to help.

A lovely heated pool and great room service. Mohamed el Alamy took good care of us and made a nice towel swan for the bed. The food was delicious, with enough variety for different tastes, but water wasn't included in the buffet and we had to pay for drinking water. That was ridiculous. They also charged EGP 100 for parking for two nights, even though I politely asked reception to waive it. They politely refused, and I didn't accept that. The service was remarkable and the staff were friendly, but if not for the parking charge and having to pay for water at dinner, I'd have given five stars.
