The buffet staff were eating from the buffet right in front of us, and on the second day the water was cut off for 3 hours. People smoked inside the building, in the corridors, and in the restaurant area. Construction was going on during our stay, with workers using happens and grinders even after 10 pm. They also charged us a very expensive rate. I didn't like it at all and won't stay there again.

The electrical grill (oven) stayed at its highest heat on both sides, with no way to control it. There were lots of cigarettes, as shown in the picture. One remote had no batteries, and the room service crew knew but waited for me to ask. One elevator was out of order, and the second stopped for a couple of hours while we were trying to reach the ground floor. It was a really bad experience. To be clear, I booked through the hotline number, paid the first night by Fawry, and paid the rest at reception. I also raised these same issues with the receptionist and in the survey. The crew was helpful, but your reply didn't check my booking and only confirmed my concerns about the bad management. This is feedback for you to check and manage the problems, not come up with a nice, fancy excuse for poor service.
